SCPToolkit issue when installing PS3 controller driver disabling my mouse inexplicably Windows 7

Having an issue where installing the DS3 driver overwrites my mouse drivers when it is plugged in disabling it. Now this is happening when I am only checking the dualshock 3 in the list of drivers to install i am leave my mouse UNCHECKED.

If I leave my mouse unplugged, and install the drivers it I can get the controller to work and plug my mouse in and they both work seems great.

Two minutes later, the xbox controller icon in my devices and printers menu disappears and the controller is no longer usable.

Next I go to my services and check on the SCP DSx Service which has stopped, now when I restart this service it then puts me back in the first situation where the DS3 nor my mouse work because the DSx Service is now picking up my mouse despite it not even being plugged in when the drivers were installed just when the service was restarted.

The mouse I'm using is a Logitech G500, and I'm using a standard PS3 controller.

These drivers worked up until today infact I was playing a game when it stopped the first time.

These are the steps to install it normally

1 Download the latest release from https://github.com/nefarius/ScpToolkit.
2 Plug in your DS3 controller, Windows will recognise it as a PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller, which is not functional.
3 Now Run the setup and follow its instructions. Pretty much foolproof.
4 At the end of the setup click 'Run Driver Installer', a one-time Windows prompt will ask you to accept the new drivers. Accept.
5 A program called 'ScpToolkit Driver Installer' should open up. If not, look for it on your desktop, or search for it with the Windows Start button.
6 Untick 'Intall Bluetooth driver', assuming you just want to use a wired connection (PLEASE NOTE: if you want to use bluetooth it will require you to sacrifice a bluetooth dongle that will only connect to DualShock controllers as it will replace the drivers with DS compatible ones, this means if you are using the dongle for something else it will stop working afterwards.)
7 Leave 'Install DualShock 3 driver' ticked.
8 Untick 'Install DualShock 4 driver', assuming you don't have a DS4.
9 You can leave 'Force Driver Installation' unticked, I would only use it if for whatever reason it fails to install the drivers.
10 Open the 'Choose DualShock 3 controllers to install' list, scroll down until you find your PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller, tick the box and leave everything else unchecked (otherwise you will overwrite your drivers of your USB devices, this is probably how you broke all your other devices before.)
11 Now click 'Install' (check the image in step 5, to make sure all the settings are correct), it won't take but a moment and a bunch of notifications will pop up on the bottom right window.
12 Once everything has finished you can 'Exit' and see if everything is working (Skip to step 19 if you just don't give a hoot and if everything pretty much always turns out alright for you).
13 Go to the Windows Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
14 You will notice that windows may still recognise a PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller (ignore that). There should be a Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.
15 Right click on it and press 'Game controller settings'. select the new controller and press 'Properties'.
16 A window will open that will enable you to test your controller, just mess around with it to make sure that all your axes and buttons are working. Go to step 19, if everything seems fine.
17 If it doesn't work then go back to step 5. Run the Driver installer again and this time check the 'Force Driver Installation.', Click 'Uninstall', then 'Install' the drivers again and see if that works.
18 If even that doesn't work I would go to the installation folder of ScpToolkit (Default location: Program FilesNefarious Software SolutionsScpToolkit) and look for a program called ScpCleanWipe.exe, run it to completely remove any instance of ScpToolkit and start everything from the top.

Step 19 deals with CEMU and is unimportant here.
